Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and official holidays.
2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Time
• United States: 7–15 business days after dispatch
• United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: 8–18 business days after dispatch
• European Union Countries: 10–20 business days after dispatch
• Other International Regions: 12–25 business days after dispatch
Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, bad weather, or logistics carrier issues, which are out of our control.
3. Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping is available for all orders over the threshold stated on our store homepage.
For orders below the free shipping amount, flat standard shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination country.
Express shipping upgrade is optional at an extra cost for faster delivery.
4. Customs & Import Duties
All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees charged by your local customs office upon arrival.
These charges are the buyer’s sole responsibility, and we are unable to cover or predict these fees in advance.
We cannot mark orders as "gifts" to avoid customs charges as this violates international shipping regulations.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email address.
You can track your package status via the link at any time.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to refresh after the package leaves our warehouse.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
1. Check with neighbors, building management, or local postal office first.
2. Contact us within 7 days of the delivered tracking update for further assistance.
For damaged goods or lost shipments confirmed by the logistics carrier, we offer two solutions: free reshipment or full refund after verification.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot deliver to PO boxes, military APO/FPO addresses for certain regions.
Some items have shipping restrictions to specific countries due to local import laws; we reserve the right to cancel and refund restricted orders.
8. Order Modification & Cancellation
You may modify or cancel your order free of charge before it enters processing.
Once the package has been dispatched, order cancellation is not supported. If you refuse delivery, return shipping fees and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
